Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Once approved, securely package your item and include the return authorization form. Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment. 

Shipping Costs Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a company error or defective product.
