Service Description

The American Heart Association's ACLS Prep courses in ECG and Pharmacology aim to fill knowledge gaps for ACLS students in ECG recognition and drug treatment related to ACLS algorithms. These self-directed eLearning courses are designed for: ACLS students needing to enhance ECG recognition and drug treatment knowledge. Healthcare professionals, including telemetry staff, nurses, EMS personnel, respiratory therapists, physician assistants, and dentists. Course Learning Objectives: Understand heart anatomy and basic electrophysiology. Recognize normal ECG measurements. Identify basic arrhythmias. List ACLS drugs and their uses. Determine ACLS medication dosages and administration routes. Integrate pharmacology into ACLS algorithms.
