Service Description

This two day provider course is for is for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children and for personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours prior to your booking. CLIENT BOOKING RULES: Clients are able to cancel their own bookings without penalty up to 48 hours prior to any course, appointment, or service. Clients are able to reschedule their own bookings online up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. The latest clients are able to book is 24 hours prior to the start time. Cancellation and no-show fees: A charge of 50% will be applied to any cancellation or no show to a booking or appointment. WAITLIST: Clients are welcome to join our waitlist for fully booked sessions. GROUP BOOKINGS: Groups of nine (9) are able to be made by the client. Any groups larger than nine (9) please reach out to us via email or phone.
