Service Description
he PALS Provider Course is designed for healthcare providers dealing with emergencies in infants and children. It aims to improve pediatric outcomes by training participants to manage respiratory emergencies, shock, and cardiopulmonary arrest through teamwork and individual skills. The course includes practical simulations and requires a minimum score of 84% on a multiple-choice exam. Key learning outcomes include: Performing quality CPR per AHA guidelines Identifying patients needing immediate care Early recognition of cardiopulmonary arrest and initiating CPR promptly Applying effective team dynamics Differentiating respiratory distress from failure Early intervention for respiratory issues and shock Recognizing stable vs. unstable arrhythmia patients Managing post-cardiac arrest strategies.
