Service Description

Active shooter training equips employees with the knowledge and skills to act decisively during emergencies, such as active shooter situations. Using a trauma-informed approach, ALICE National Trainers teach an options-based approach that moves beyond lockdown-only methods. By preparing employees to assess and respond to threats, ALICE empowers workplaces to replace fear with readiness.
