Our business was built in 2018 with the goal of preparing and empowering responders in the event of an unexpected emergency. Since then, we have continued to broaden our vision to include other invaluable perspectives in civilian professions and the private sector. We are open Monday through Saturday and Sundays based on the training needs of our clients. We understand that schedules are fluid and challenging and we will work with you to accommodate scheduling and needs . Just ask!

Our brick and mortar location is in Crocker Park and our address is 25 Main Street Suite 200 in Westlake, OH 44145 We have two ADA accessible entrances to our location. Exterior doors are locked outside of business hours 0900-1700. We do operate at all hours so if you do attend a class outside of the scheduled "lock times" we will greet you and let you into the building. If there is a delay please feel free to phone us at 440-595-5868. We are located within the Launch Work Space on Main Street. Parking is available on main street via valet during operational hours and via any of the available parking meters. We do not reimburse cost of parking. There are a number of free parking areas in Crocker Park in open air and in garage spaces. These locations involve a bit of a walk and we recommend you plan accordingly. We make individual arrangements to assist those with difficulties so please reach out to us if this applies: 440-595-5868. We recommend utilizing our east entrance for ease of access. The metered parking lot is located next to this entrance and does except silver change for parking. We do not reimburse for this cost and recommend that you bring enough change for the cost/duration of your course. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
