As NAEMT Training Center 9164, we provide practical, evidence-based instruction designed to strengthen clinical judgment,
develop essential lifesaving skills, and prepare responders for the
realities of prehospital and operational medicine.

hands-on skills development, realistic scenarios, and mission-focused education to prepare professionals for the unexpected.
First on the Scene (FOTS)
Gain the essential skills to respond to life-threatening emergencies before EMS arrives with first on the scene (FOTS). This course combines professional lesson presentations with hands-on skill stations to ensure you are prepared to act in critical situations.
All Service Members
Tactical Combat Casualty Care for All Service Members (TCCC ASM) is an 8-hour, evidence-based course designed to equip nonmedical personnel with the essential knowledge and lifesaving skills needed to provide immediate care to trauma casualties in high-threat environments.
Combat Lifesaver
The CLS TCCC Course encompasses tactical trauma assessment, bleeding control interventions, airway and respiratory management techniques, rescue drag/carry techniques, prevention and treatment of shock, burns, eye injuries, splints, pain management, critical communication, and medical documentation practices.
TCCC Combat Medic/Corpsman
TCCC Combat Medic/Corpsman (TCCC CMC) is a 63-hour course for combat medics, corpsmen, pararescue personnel and other military medical personnel being deployed into combat. This course is intended to train participants to provide more advanced prehospital casualty care than is taught in the ASM or CLS courses.
Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS)
NAEMT's Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) is recognized around the world as the leading continuing education program for prehospital emergency trauma care. The mission of PHTLS is to promote excellence in trauma patient management by all providers involved in the delivery of prehospital care. PHTLS is developed by NAEMT in cooperation with the American College of Surgeons' Committee on Trauma. The Committee provides the medical direction and content oversight for the PHTLS program.
TECC Provider
The Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) Provider Course prepares first responders and medical personnel to deliver lifesaving care during civilian high-threat and mass casualty incidents. Through evidence-based instruction, hands-on skills, and realistic scenarios, participants learn hemorrhage control, airway and breathing management, casualty care, and coordinated response while prioritizing responder and patient safety.
TECC-Refresher
The one-day TECC Refresher reinforces essential tactical emergency care skills for civilian high-threat and mass casualty incidents. Participants review hemorrhage control, airway and breathing management, casualty movement, and TECC treatment priorities through focused instruction and hands-on scenarios.
TECC Law Enforcement Officer (TECC-LEO)
The Tactical Emergency Casualty Care for Law Enforcement Officers (TECC-LEO) course prepares law enforcement and non-EMS first responders to provide lifesaving trauma care during violent and high-threat incidents. Through focused instruction, hands-on skills, and realistic scenarios, participants learn hemorrhage control, airway management, penetrating trauma care, casualty movement, and coordinated response using TECC principles.
