We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to our students while ensuring we can continue to provide high-quality training.

Cancellations by Participant

  • More than 7 days before course start date:
    A full refund will be issued, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • 3–7 days before course start date:
    A 50% refund will be issued, or you may reschedule to a future course date at no additional cost (one-time reschedule).

  • Less than 72 hours before course start date or no-show:
    No refund will be issued. You may reschedule to a future course date for a rescheduling fee of $25–$50 depending on the course.

 

Transfers / Rescheduling

Participants may request to transfer their registration to another available course date.

  • Requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

  • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking without charge (if requested more than 72 hours in advance).

 

Cancellations by Training Provider

If we must cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

  • A full refund or

  • Transfer to another available course date at no cost

 

Late Arrivals

Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be denied entry to the course for safety and certification requirements. This will be treated as a no-show, and refund/reschedule terms will apply.

 

How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

All requests must be made in writing via email to [Your Email Address] with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

 

Course Completion Card Claim Policy

To ensure timely distribution and accurate record-keeping, students are required to claim their course completion card within 30 days of completing the course.

Policy Details:

Effective Date: 01 JANUARY 2025

 

  • Card Availability: Course completion cards will be available digitally (as applicable) within 5–10 business days after successful course completion.

  • Claim Period: Students must claim their card within 30 calendar days from the course completion date.

  • Unclaimed Cards:

    • If a student fails to claim their card within the 30-day window, a $25 administrative reprocessing fee will be applied.

    • Additional verification steps may be required for delayed requests.

  • Claim Process:

    • For digital cards: Check your email for a link from the card issuer or log in to the student portal.

    • For physical cards: Contact our office to arrange pickup or shipping.

  • Lost or Misplaced Cards: A replacement fee will apply for any reissued cards outside of the claim period.
