We collect your personal information only when you voluntarily provide it, such as when you register for a course or make a purchase. We use this information to process your transactions, communicate with you, and provide you with our services. We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties, except as required by law or with your consent. We take measures to safeguard your personal information, including secure server connections and encryption of data.
Refund Policy
We understand that challenges and emergencies occur. We will make every effort to assist you in rescheduling in lieu of a full cancellation. If you do wish to cancel your service or course you must do so within seven business days from your booking to receive a refund. We withhold the processing fees for cancellation of a course or service.

Failure to attend a course or service results in no refund plus a twenty percent service charge to your original form of payment. Late attendance is considered twenty minutes past the start time of your course or service. There will be no refund for late attendance and a twenty percent late fee will be assessed to your original form of payment. The course facilitator reserves the right to decline entrance to the course if the course is underway and the attendee has missed too much of the course material.

Certifications are withheld for the following reasons: (1) failure to complete the course as required by the American Heart Association, National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians, or host agency. (2) Failure to complete and submit required pre-course materials as specified. (3) Failure to attend and or participate and successfully complete a task or skill as required within the course of participation. TMC reserves the right to withhold certification issuing for any reason seen fit within accordance of the credentialing authority.
